Google Cloud will end data transfer fees for users who switch to other cloud providers, Nextgov reports. The fee will continue for consumers who transfer data while still using Google Cloud services. The change comes as EU Data Act regulations aim to "drastically reduce costs for businesses and administrations when they move their data and applications to a different cloud provider."
