The European Data Protection Board published its 16 April plenary agenda, which includes discussion of an opinion regarding Meta's pay or consent advertising subscription model. Members will also review a letter to the European Consumer Organisation regarding coordinated enforcement of the EU General Data Protection Regulation against Meta. Meanwhile, privacy and digital rights advocates sent a letter to the EDPB demanding it include the European Commission's concerns over Meta's pay or consent model when it renders its decision.
