The European Data Protection Board published a case digest, commissioned as part of its Support Pool of Experts initiative, analyzing one-stop-shop decisions under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. It particularly explores the right to object and right to erasure, noting in examined cases "there is a frequent link between the request to stop any further processing of personal data for marketing purposes and the request to erase previously collected data." Editor's note: The EDPB discussed its enforcement enhancements with The Privacy Advisor.
