The National Cybersecurity Agency of France updated the “SecNumCloud” repository of requirements for cloud service providers. ANSSI said the update complies with European requirements related to the Court of Justice of the European Union’s “Schrems II” ruling. While the CJEU’s decision “can be complex,” National Commission for Computing and Liberties President Marie-Laure Denis said, “the SecNumCloud 3.2 repository provides an answer which is compliant by design with the Court’s requirements for data protection in the cloud.”
