A study by Carahsoft found nearly 23% of polled U.S. citizens are concerned about information privacy in interactions with the federal government during the COVID-19 pandemic, MeriTalk reports. The study surveyed more than 2,000 constituents who experienced government interactions. “Growing concerns with data privacy and security, the inability to quickly and easily find information and access to self-service should be firmly in the sights of any entity looking to meet, or exceed, expectations,” the study said.
