The Interactive Advertising Bureau released its “Guide to CTV Targeting and Measurement,” reviewing options currently available in Europe and providing an overview of industry best practices for connected TV. Samsung Ads Europe Head of Client Solutions Lizzie Wiltshire said CTV is recognized across the industry “as an exciting avenue for advertisers.” Understanding what CTV advertising offers and how to reach viewers “will become increasingly high on the agenda for leading advertisers,” she said.
