FTC publishes '2020 Privacy and Data Security Update'

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission published its "2020 Privacy and Data Security Update." The FTC recapped its notable privacy enforcement cases from the past year, including final court approval in its case against Facebook and actions against Zoom. The agency also looked back at its cases involving the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
