The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted a preliminary injunction against the California Age-Appropriate Design Code Act, The Washington Post reports. In siding with the technology industry trade group NetChoice, which sought the injunction, Judge Beth Labson Freeman wrote the act likely does "not pass constitutional muster."
