Brazil's data protection authority, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, released a roadmap of its planned areas of study and inspection activities through 2025. The Map of Priority Themes states the agency will focus on the rights of data holders, the handling of children's digital data, the use of artificial intelligence for facial recognition and data processing, and data aggregators.
