Zoom agreed to pay $85 million to settle a lawsuit alleging it violated user privacy by sharing personal data with technology companies and allowing hackers to conduct "Zoombombing" attacks, Reuters reports. In addition, Zoom agreed to provide privacy and data handling training for employees and to implement a slate of security measures. The settlement still needs approval from U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh. Meanwhile, a California judge ruled in favor of Zynga as the mobile game developer attempts to have a data breach case dismissed.
