TechCrunch reports the U.K. High Court of Justice ruled a class-action lawsuit against TikTok concerning children's privacy violations can proceed. The claims relate to perceived damages done through TikTok's data processing activities involving millions of class members. A TikTok spokesperson said the claims "lack merit" and the company has "robust policies, processes and technologies in place to help protect all users, and our teenage users in particular."
