U.S. Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., will reintroduce the Eliminating Abusive and Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies Act for the third time, CyberScoop reports. Internet Society Northern American Government and Regulatory Affairs Senior Director Natalie Campbell said the bill "is probably one of our biggest encryption-threatening bills worldwide."
