The Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Nova Scotia released its 2022-2023 annual report. In addition to highlighting the OIPC's enforcement work, the report urges consideration of modernizing the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The OIPC said, "Nova Scotia's laws are not up to the task of responding to the significant digital advances that have been made."
