Microsoft announced the launch of a new platform that combines its data governance and risk management services to enhance data security and privacy, VentureBeat reports. The platform is called Microsoft Purview, and it would combine the Azure Purview and Microsoft 365 Compliance solutions. A key capability feature would allow organizations’ administrators to apply sensitivity labels to data across platforms.
