Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner informed TikTok it needs to prove it is in compliance with the Data Protection Act, Bizcommunity reports. The request comes on the heels of other countries scrutinizing the company's privacy practices. TikTok defended its policies to other news outlets and on its website.
