The U.K. Information Commissioner's Office announced a public consultation for the one-year review of the U.K. Age-Appropriate Design Code. The ICO said it is assessing "the code's impact" through "market research, ongoing stakeholder engagement and our experience of supervising the code over the past year." The public comment deadline is Nov. 11. Editor's note: The IAPP's Jennifer Bryant reported on initial reactions to the U.K. Children's Code ahead of its September 2021 effective date.
