The U.K. Information Commissioner's Office's Age Appropriate Design Code is now in effect. Organizations will now have until Sept. 2, 2021, to ensure their services meet the code's standards. The ICO also launched a new web hub to help companies throughout the 12-month transition period. The agency plans to host a series of webinars targeted toward trade association members in the video game, social media and connected toy industries.
