Google filed with a U.S. federal court for dismissal of a class-action lawsuit over collection of analytics data to support the company's health care subsidiaries, MediaPost reports. The case stems from a Planned Parenthood patient's claim that Google collects sensitive medical data. In its new filing, the company said it only supplies "information about how users use the developers' own properties" and no personal data changes hands.
