The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information for Rhineland-Palatinate issued 79 questions to ChatGPT developer OpenAI. The questions seek to answer if "the processing of personal data in ChatGPT is carried out lawfully," especially in the context of personal data that is given special protection status, such as race, religion and health information.
