The general rapporteur of France's competition authority, the L'Autorité de la Concurrence, notified Apple of a grievance filed over its App Tracking Transparency framework. The authority will further explore allegations that Apple's framework bolsters the companies market dominance through "implementing discriminatory, non-objective and non-transparent conditions for the exploitation of user data for advertising purposes."
