European Parliament committees approved the proposed Artificial Intelligence Act. The Committee on Internal Market and Consumer Protection and the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs voted 71-8 to send the proposal to a full vote during Parliament's plenary session 10-11 April.
