Denmark's data protection authority, Datatilsynet, released guidance on cloud service usage and launched a working group to explore data protection best practices for cloud environments. The guidelines include recommendations for assessments and requirements for data processors as well as sections dealing with data transfers to third countries using the cloud services. The working group has been tasked with current challenges and legal developments around cloud services, and devising potential adoptable solutions to the current state of affairs.
