DAAP's review of third-party targeted advertising practices revealed Sharethrough's privacy notice and opt-out disclosures did not align with self-regulatory standards. Sharethrough rectified its alleged issues and "strongly committed to establishing trust and accountability within the ad tech ecosystem."
