Yahoo is no longer offering its services in China, citing what a spokesman called “increasingly challenging business and legal environment,” The Wall Street Journal reports. While Yahoo shut down certain services — including email and news — in China in 2013, its full exit coincides with the Nov. 1 implementation of China’s Personal Information Protection Law.
