Changes that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) made to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) go into effect today. The changes are intended to bring the TCPA into line with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC’s)Telemarketing Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act.
