Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission issued a SGD4,000 fine to software developer Payroll2U for alleged shortcomings related to "reasonable security arrangements to protect its client's employees' personal data." The PCPD also accepted three organizations' plans to improve compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
