Google will delay its plans to end the use of third-party cookies on the Chrome browser, DigiDay reports. Google's Privacy Sandbox was previously set for deployment late in the fourth quarter of this year and the company did not provide a new timeline for its launch. The company's announcement comes after The Wall Street Journal obtained a draft U.K. Information Commissioner's Office report finding the Privacy Sandbox needs to better protect users' personal data.
