Dan Te Whenua Walker, Founder, Chief Executive, Te Whare o Toitū AI
Walker will share his experience building technology on Indigenous terms and how it informs designing AI grounded in trust and long-term benefit rather than extraction. He is founder and chief executive of Te Whare o Toitū AI, a kaupapa Māori AI company. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Microsoft before leaving to build technology grounded in Māori values and data sovereignty.
