MacPherson leads the Office of the Privacy Commissioner's Compliance and Enforcement, Capability and Guidance, Policy and Investigations and Dispute Resolution teams. She works to ensure companies and institutions know what rules they need to follow, helping individuals whose privacy has been breached, and working to resolve issues for all parties.
