On 10 July, the European Commission deemed the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequate, providing enhanced protections to EU individuals as well as much-needed assurance for EU and U.S. businesses that personal data can again flow across the Atlantic in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
