The U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce's Innovation, Data and Commerce Subcommittee will host a 17 April hearing focused on several data privacy and online safety bills up for house consideration, including the proposed American Privacy Rights Act. The committee will also debate the proposed Kids Online Safety Act, proposed updates to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and more.
