TechMonitor reports on the future of the U.K. Data Protection and Digital Information Bill after the announcement of the U.K.'s new prime minister delayed the bill's second reading. The bill was scheduled to be debated in Parliament Sept. 5 but has been delayed indefinitely following Liz Truss' election.
