Arcola, Texas City Councilmember Ebony Sanco raised concerns over school privacy practices after a private investigator claimed he was able to obtain her children's address through their middle school, Houston Landing reports. School officials launched an investigation to determine if the school is protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, which allows schools to disclose "directory information."
