Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission published a report on its enforcement measures including a SGD16,800 fine against a "salesperson of an estate agency" and a SGD9,000 fine against Whiz Communications. The PDPC also allowed a separate organization to improve its compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act after a data breach.
