Satellite company Albedo Space plans to use satellites at low altitudes that would be able to take images of people but not identify them, The New York Times reports. Electronic Frontier Foundation General Counsel Jennifer Lynch said people should be concerned about the privacy implications this technology could have. "This is a giant camera in the sky for any government to use at any time without our knowledge," Lynch said.
