A breach of the Royal Mail’s Click and Drop service leaked customers’ parcel data to other users, Tech Monitor reports. Customers reported seeing the orders, order history and customer details of other users due to what the Royal Mail described as a “technical problem.” The U.K. Information Commissioner’s Office said it had not yet been notified of the breach. An ICO spokesperson said it must receive notice within 72 hours of an organization identifying a breach “unless it does not pose a risk to people’s rights and freedoms.”
