Rocco Panetta, CIPP/E, was named the president of the Code of Conduct Monitoring Body for the APL employment agencies sector, Legal Community reports. On 14 Feb., Italy's data protection authority, the Garante, approved the code aiming to protect employees. Panetta is also the managing partner of Panetta & Associati Law Firm and the IAPP country leader for Italy.
