The Access to Information Commission of Quebec unveiled a form template to be used to gather consent from those who are handing over biometric information. The template can be adapted to suit each organization's needs as the commission recommends any consent for biometric projects to be obtained in writing. The commission also released an information page to inform employees about their rights regarding biometric data.
