Technology manufacturer Panasonic said data on a file server was accessed during a Nov. 11 cyberattack, ZDNet reports. The company said it immediately reported the incident to authorities, “implemented security countermeasures,” and is investigating the leak on its own and through a third-party organization to determine if it “involved customers’ personal information and/or sensitive information related to social infrastructure.”
