Safety Detectives researchers revealed an open ElasticSearch server exposed more than 200,000 individuals who appear to be involved in fake product review scams on Amazon, ZDNet reports. The server contained more than 13 million records involving up to 250,000 users and Amazon marketplace vendors, including names, email addresses, profile information and records of direct messages. It is unknown who owns the server, which was discovered March 1 and secured March 6.
