Privacy rights group NOYB filed a complaint to Ireland's High Court claiming Ireland's Data Protection Commission did not fully follow through on enforcement of alleged EU General Data Protection Regulation violations by Meta following consultation with European Data Protection Board members, The Irish Times reports. The NOYB alleged the DPC altered its draft decision on Meta's violations and abandoned or ignored key aspects of the case.
