The Nova Scotia government is notifying residents whose information may have been exposed in the global cyberattack of MOVEit file transfer software, Saltwire reports. Some individuals had social insurance numbers and banking information stolen, while others' names, addresses, license plate numbers and emails were exposed. Cyber Security and Digital Solutions Minister Colton LeBlanc encouraged Nova Scotians "to take steps to keep themselves cyber-safe."
