The U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology renamed its Usable Cybersecurity program the Human-Centered Cybersecurity program. NIST said the change better represents the "broader scope of work we provide for the cybersecurity practitioner and IT professional communities" and its mission statement, "championing the human in cybersecurity."
