The Hawke's Bay Power Consumers' Trust allegedly violated New Zealand's Privacy Act when it published addresses and telephone numbers of some customers during its annual review, Hawke's Bay Today reports. Two submissions were severe enough to warrant a review by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
