New Zealand's Office of the Privacy Commissioner published survey results from the Children and Young People's Privacy project that collected responses about children's online privacy from organizations and government agencies. Privacy Commissioner Michael Webster said the results showed respondents believe "young people don't have the capacity to make fully informed decisions about their digital footprint and the long-lasting implications of having an online presence."
