A new tool developed by DoNotPay, Photo Ninja, uses artificial intelligence to make pictures undetectable to facial recognition software, the Daily Dot reports. The tool alters photos without significantly changing them, such as adjusting colors or adding unnoticeable objects, which reportedly confuses facial recognition algorithms. “We are in an AI arms race between good and evil,” CEO Joshua Browder said. “We hope to help consumers fight back, protect their privacy, and avoid stalkers on dating apps!”
