The National Center for Personal Data Protection of Moldova approved the standard contract for transmission of data to other states. The standard contract would allow for data transfers to states that do not require an adequate level of personal data protection. Moldovan entities that control personal data are now allowed to transfer such data to other states under the standard contract.
