BBB National Programs' Digital Advertising Accountability Program announced data broker LexisNexis was brought into compliance with the Digital Advertising Alliance's Self-Regulatory Principles for online interest-based advertising. LexisNexis previously did not provide a link on each webpage of its site informing users where third-party data collection for interest-based advertising occurs. LexisNexis now features the ability for users to opt-out of having their data sold for interest-based advertising purposes.
