MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment are facing five class-action lawsuits over data breaches, 8NewsNow reports. The lawsuits claim the casinos failed to protect customers' personally identifiable information and disclosures about the breaches were inadequate. One lawsuit argued Caesars was responsible for "reasonable care in safeguarding and protecting the PII in Caesars's possession, custody, or control."
