Israel's Privacy Protection Authority published public comment draft guidelines on the role of board of directors' in fulfilling privacy protection obligations. The PPA said the guidance "applies to companies whose processing of personal information is at the core of their activity and to companies whose activity creates an increased risk to privacy." The public comment deadline is 22 Oct.
